This might be one of the best businesses in NYC. Prompt, excellent service and great communication. I don't know that they even have any competitors when it comes to console repairs in the city fixing Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Always surprised at how reasonable the prices are. Totally fair tradeoff for not having any actual interior store space.

I came here after making the boneheaded mistake of ripping out the power supply connector from the motherboard in my PS4. Not only did they re-solder it for me, but when it continued to have problems, they fixed it THREE more times until the problem was properly identified. I sent in 3DS XL with the game cartridge slot damaged. Not only were they reasonably priced. They had excellent communication with me. The service took a few days and had my unit back within less than a week of repair. Understanding communication; excellent communication is well worth the service they provide. My Xbox 360's disc drive failed to read discs. xCubicle revived my old console, which is now particularly important given the unpredictable state of video game preservation. I highly recommend them.
