Dropped my PS Vita in a puddle and came to XCubicle after a week, they were able to get my PS Vita back to working condition and even restore the saved data I had. Absolutely the best service and communication I have ever seen. Would not go anywhere else and the price was right.

1 week after they repaired my DS Lite, I noticed that it had an issue with charging so I let them know and they were nice enough to take another look at it and fix the issue free of charge. Will go back for any repairs I need done in the future.

Great service! I brought my son's 3DS which had been dropped and broken. They gave a price quote for $115 for two parts that they had to order; when I picked it up, they told me that they ended up using just one part and they returned $55. I was impressed by their honesty and the 3Ds looks and works as good as new. Would go back in a second! Highly recommend them.

So the best about Xbox One is it being an Xbox One. The worst thing about it is the controllers. It seems as the material is cheap and Microsoft did a very lazy job with these controllers. I have lost (or thought I lost) 3 controllers due to joysticks getting stuck. Had to buy 2 new ones. In total I had 5 controllers that only one was properly working. I had recently purchased a PS Vita off of my friend, however, about a week later the LCD screen started freaking out and I was pretty sure it needed to be replaced. I had pretty bad stick drift on my Xbox Elite series 2, had them fix it (paid a little extra for quicker turn around). It initially worked well for a couple weeks, then I noticed it start again. I contact them, they said to bring it in. They fixed it at no extra charge (even the quicker turn around for no extra charge), and it has worked great (for an Xbox Elite controller at least, no fault of these guys at all) ever since. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

My Xbox 360's disc drive failed to read discs. xCubicle revived my old console, which is now particularly important given the unpredictable state of video game preservation. I highly recommend them.
