i was able to get my dsi xl fixed here!! i got the top screen replaced because it had been cracked for years and they did a great job fixing it :’)

My PS3 needed servicing. My game disk would not play once inserted. I took it here to xCubicle and the repair was excellent. The Lady who took care of me was very friendly and answered all my questions. The repair took about a week but the repair was well done. I’m very happy with the service provided to me. This might be one of the best businesses in NYC. Prompt, excellent service and great communication. I don't know that they even have any competitors when it comes to console repairs in the city fixing Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Always surprised at how reasonable the prices are. Totally fair tradeoff for not having any actual interior store space.

My early HTC One replacement phone died after being very reliable over the two years i had it. Figured it was a battery problem. I had pretty bad stick drift on my Xbox Elite series 2, had them fix it (paid a little extra for quicker turn around). It initially worked well for a couple weeks, then I noticed it start again. I contact them, they said to bring it in. They fixed it at no extra charge (even the quicker turn around for no extra charge), and it has worked great (for an Xbox Elite controller at least, no fault of these guys at all) ever since. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

This was one of the best outcomes to a terrible situation (Playstation 5 PS5HDMI port issue). I'm just upset I didn't take it there much sooner. My 3ds xl wouldn't turn on during and the screen is black while the light stays on for 3 seconds and shut off and you would hear the crackling noise.
