I had pretty bad stick drift on my Xbox Elite series 2, had them fix it (paid a little extra for quicker turn around). It initially worked well for a couple weeks, then I noticed it start again. I contact them, they said to bring it in. They fixed it at no extra charge (even the quicker turn around for no extra charge), and it has worked great (for an Xbox Elite controller at least, no fault of these guys at all) ever since. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

Great service! I brought my son's 3DS which had been dropped and broken. They gave a price quote for $115 for two parts that they had to order; when I picked it up, they told me that they ended up using just one part and they returned $55. I was impressed by their honesty and the 3Ds looks and works as good as new. Would go back in a second! Highly recommend them.

Great service! I dropped off my 3DS with them in basically a shambles; it wouldn't boot up, the shoulder buttons were missing...it was generally wrecked. In a week, I came back and it was back in working order with brand new shoulder buttons. They work fast, they know their devices, and they're courteous and friendly. I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. When you reach the lobby, let the desk guard/attendant know that you are visiting the 5th floor for xCubicle. Service was extremely friendly, reliable, and quick. I brought my son's xbox 1 here for repair back in April after a piece of disk broke off inside and the system was making noises. Xcubicle repaired the system and even removed the dust for inside, I paid extra for next day pick up but it was worth it. From that day on its been working like a charm. Thank you!
