This might be one of the best businesses in NYC. Prompt, excellent service and great communication. I don't know that they even have any competitors when it comes to console repairs in the city fixing Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Always surprised at how reasonable the prices are. Totally fair tradeoff for not having any actual interior store space.

I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. When my PS5’s HDMI port broke, I needed it repaired ASAP. I took it to an engineer that I know but he wasn’t able to fix the issue.
