My early HTC One replacement phone died after being very reliable over the two years i had it. Figured it was a battery problem. So the best about Xbox One is it being an Xbox One. The worst thing about it is the controllers. It seems as the material is cheap and Microsoft did a very lazy job with these controllers. I brought my son's xbox 1 here for repair back in April after a piece of disk broke off inside and the system was making noises. Xcubicle repaired the system and even removed the dust for inside, I paid extra for next day pick up but it was worth it. From that day on its been working like a charm. Thank you!

Great service! I dropped off my 3DS with them in basically a shambles; it wouldn't boot up, the shoulder buttons were missing...it was generally wrecked. In a week, I came back and it was back in working order with brand new shoulder buttons. They work fast, they know their devices, and they're courteous and friendly. To be honest, thanks to their hard work, I almost forgot to write this review; I was too busy enjoying Smash on my 3DS! Thanks for everything!

Great service! I brought my son's 3DS which had been dropped and broken. They gave a price quote for $115 for two parts that they had to order; when I picked it up, they told me that they ended up using just one part and they returned $55. I was impressed by their honesty and the 3Ds looks and works as good as new. Would go back in a second! Highly recommend them.
