About as great as it gets in terms of how much it cost to get my 3DS repaired. Very reasonably priced, very efficient process all around, and very pleased with the result. If I ever have any more issues with any electronic devices in the future, I will be sure to contact these guys again!

1 week after they repaired my DS Lite, I noticed that it had an issue with charging so I let them know and they were nice enough to take another look at it and fix the issue free of charge. Will go back for any repairs I need done in the future.

I have a 3ds XL that needed the 3d slider to be fixed, I bought it used but reset so this would be a problem if I wanted to use it. They fixed it a couple months back, very nice people and very clear with me as well in regards to how long it would take, how to package the item to deliver to them, and even payment. If there’s a time where I need to fix any other consoles I own, whether handheld or regular, I will certainly use their services again. Thank you lots!!

The people at xCubicle really helped me out with my playstation 4! The problem was my newly bought 1Tb  hard drive caused many errors that the factory made hard drive never had. They advised that I buy a new 1Tb hard drive and that they would actually buy it. But it would cost $50 to buy on top of the original $100 price. Honestly that was reasonable. When my PS5’s HDMI port broke, I needed it repaired ASAP. I took it to an engineer that I know but he wasn’t able to fix the issue. I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. I sent in my lightning edition PS3 from a few states over and they had it back to me in great condition a few weeks later. Had an motherboard replacement done by them. Excellent price, very nice and kept me updated. Will be back for any other console repairs 👍

I came here after making the boneheaded mistake of ripping out the power supply connector from the motherboard in my PS4. Not only did they re-solder it for me, but when it continued to have problems, they fixed it THREE more times until the problem was properly identified.
