I had pretty bad stick drift on my Xbox Elite series 2, had them fix it (paid a little extra for quicker turn around). It initially worked well for a couple weeks, then I noticed it start again. I contact them, they said to bring it in. They fixed it at no extra charge (even the quicker turn around for no extra charge), and it has worked great (for an Xbox Elite controller at least, no fault of these guys at all) ever since. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

These guys were able to fix my PS4 AND my 1st gen PS3 without a problem and in a timely fashion. For what they charged it was well worth it. Trying to find another working 1st gen PS4 would have been expensive. The only problem has nothing to do with the quality of service or the cost but the location. They probably need to have a sign up telling you exactly where their office is on the floor. I sent in 3DS XL with the game cartridge slot damaged. Not only were they reasonably priced. They had excellent communication with me. The service took a few days and had my unit back within less than a week of repair. Understanding communication; excellent communication is well worth the service they provide. My early HTC One replacement phone died after being very reliable over the two years i had it. Figured it was a battery problem. I thought replacing the battery in the HTC One would be a simple solution. I checked vendors on ebay, craigslist and popup cell repair phone shops. XCubicle does it, again. My DVD drive door somehow managed to break, and XCubicle replaced it completely free under warranty. The warranty renews itself for another 60 days on the new drive. You can't beat the value!!! Thank you XCubicle. THESE GUYS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My Xbox 360's disc drive failed to read discs. xCubicle revived my old console, which is now particularly important given the unpredictable state of video game preservation. I highly recommend them.
