I had pretty bad stick drift on my Xbox Elite series 2, had them fix it (paid a little extra for quicker turn around). It initially worked well for a couple weeks, then I noticed it start again. I contact them, they said to bring it in. They fixed it at no extra charge (even the quicker turn around for no extra charge), and it has worked great (for an Xbox Elite controller at least, no fault of these guys at all) ever since. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

These guys are amazing! In the smallest shop I've ever seen, they work miracles!! They're polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and want to be helpful. Really impressive work, I would go there again in a flash if my xbox breaks down again.

Dropped my PS Vita in a puddle and came to XCubicle after a week, they were able to get my PS Vita back to working condition and even restore the saved data I had. Absolutely the best service and communication I have ever seen. Would not go anywhere else and the price was right.

I came here after making the boneheaded mistake of ripping out the power supply connector from the motherboard in my PS4. Not only did they re-solder it for me, but when it continued to have problems, they fixed it THREE more times until the problem was properly identified. Great service! I dropped off my 3DS with them in basically a shambles; it wouldn't boot up, the shoulder buttons were missing...it was generally wrecked. In a week, I came back and it was back in working order with brand new shoulder buttons. They work fast, they know their devices, and they're courteous and friendly. I had recently purchased a PS Vita off of my friend, however, about a week later the LCD screen started freaking out and I was pretty sure it needed to be replaced. I sent in my lightning edition PS3 from a few states over and they had it back to me in great condition a few weeks later. Had an motherboard replacement done by them. Excellent price, very nice and kept me updated. Will be back for any other console repairs 👍
