If you're in New York City, you can drop off your device at our Manhattan shop. Alternatively, you can opt for our mail-in repair by following these instructions:
1. Package your device and send it to our address.
2. We will diagnose the issue and provide you with the repair cost before proceeding with the repair.
3. To ensure prompt service, kindly include a piece of paper with your name, phone number, and email written on it inside the package.

Great service! I dropped off my 3DS with them in basically a shambles; it wouldn't boot up, the shoulder buttons were missing...it was generally wrecked. In a week, I came back and it was back in working order with brand new shoulder buttons. They work fast, they know their devices, and they're courteous and friendly. I had a severe issue with my ps4. I took it to 2 other shops one was very rude and the other not even in the state. When I came across xCubicle I had basically almost given up hope. Quick recap I use my ps4 to communicate with my husband who's in another state at the moment that's how we spend time together. As well I also make videos so losing my ps4 was devastating. I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. When you reach the lobby, let the desk guard/attendant know that you are visiting the 5th floor for xCubicle.

I had pretty bad stick drift on my Xbox Elite series 2, had them fix it (paid a little extra for quicker turn around). It initially worked well for a couple weeks, then I noticed it start again. I contact them, they said to bring it in. They fixed it at no extra charge (even the quicker turn around for no extra charge), and it has worked great (for an Xbox Elite controller at least, no fault of these guys at all) ever since. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

I brought my son's xbox 1 here for repair back in April after a piece of disk broke off inside and the system was making noises.
