This might be one of the best businesses in NYC. Prompt, excellent service and great communication. I don't know that they even have any competitors when it comes to console repairs in the city fixing Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Always surprised at how reasonable the prices are. Totally fair tradeoff for not having any actual interior store space.

I sent in 3DS XL with the game cartridge slot damaged. Not only were they reasonably priced. They had excellent communication with me. The service took a few days and had my unit back within less than a week of repair. Understanding communication; excellent communication is well worth the service they provide. A+++ across the board!

Last year, my oldest for his birthday ask only that I get the screen in his Nitendo 3DSXL fixed. He had a specific game saved on the system and did want a new one. I googled companies that would be able To repair it and came across XCubicle. Their response time was quick, they were clear with their prices and what the repair would be and contacted me as soon as it was ready for pic up! My son still uses his 3DS and it’s still in great condition after the repair.

My xbox1s was having hard drive problems. Not even 1800fix it wasn't able to help. So they referred me to xcubicle. Patrick did a great job. He also upgraded my memory from 500gb to 2tb. Took 2 weeks but it was worth the wait.

I have a 3ds XL that needed the 3d slider to be fixed, I bought it used but reset so this would be a problem if I wanted to use it. They fixed it a couple months back, very nice people and very clear with me as well in regards to how long it would take, how to package the item to deliver to them, and even payment. If there’s a time where I need to fix any other consoles I own, whether handheld or regular, I will certainly use their services again. Thank you lots!!

I went there because my hdmi broke and but I went to 3 different places before going there but they made it worse so a month later I decided to try to fix it here and it was worth it the wait the guy was friendly and told me to come a week later (worth the wait) now it’s been more than 6 months and my ps4 still works like nothing happened to it.
