I had pretty bad stick drift on my Xbox Elite series 2, had them fix it (paid a little extra for quicker turn around). It initially worked well for a couple weeks, then I noticed it start again. I contact them, they said to bring it in. They fixed it at no extra charge (even the quicker turn around for no extra charge), and it has worked great (for an Xbox Elite controller at least, no fault of these guys at all) ever since. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

This was one of the best outcomes to a terrible situation (Playstation 5 PS5HDMI port issue). I'm just upset I didn't take it there much sooner. I sent in 3DS XL with the game cartridge slot damaged. Not only were they reasonably priced. They had excellent communication with me. The service took a few days and had my unit back within less than a week of repair. Understanding communication; excellent communication is well worth the service they provide. These guys were able to fix my PS4 AND my 1st gen PS3 without a problem and in a timely fashion. For what they charged it was well worth it. Trying to find another working 1st gen PS4 would have been expensive. The only problem has nothing to do with the quality of service or the cost but the location. Prompt service to my broken 3DS flip hinge. They'll be up front and transparent about what they can and can't do. Just be sure to ask so the questions you have and they'll do right by you. I'd go directly to them first to repair any modern console.

I brought my son's xbox 1 here for repair back in April after a piece of disk broke off inside and the system was making noises. Xcubicle repaired the system and even removed the dust for inside, I paid extra for next day pick up but it was worth it. From that day on its been working like a charm. Thank you!

The price is appropriate and they are super straightforward about communication and delivery of services. I had a “blue light of death” on my ps4 pro; they were knowledgeable and familiar with the problem and repair. Turnaround time was about a week and they were on point about it. Great experience! Our Wii no longer would read the game disks. Didn't want to buy a replacement since you can't transfer most game data. They fixed it fast and all the data was saved. Great communication through the whole process. Worth every penny and would highly recommend.
