1 week after they repaired my DS Lite, I noticed that it had an issue with charging so I let them know and they were nice enough to take another look at it and fix the issue free of charge. Will go back for any repairs I need done in the future.

My early HTC One replacement phone died after being very reliable over the two years i had it. Figured it was a battery problem. I thought replacing the battery in the HTC One would be a simple solution. I checked vendors on ebay, craigslist and popup cell repair phone shops. No one would touch it, including those who advertised they did. HTC evidendily wants you to shell out another $700. For a new phone, so the phone is made so it have to disassemble half the phone to replace the battery. One… Read More Reviews

I came here after making the boneheaded mistake of ripping out the power supply connector from the motherboard in my PS4. Not only did they re-solder it for me, but when it continued to have problems, they fixed it THREE more times until the problem was properly identified. No additional charges–I only paid for the first repair. Fantastic service from talented technicians. Please support this business!

I had a severe issue with my ps4. I took it to 2 other shops one was very rude and the other not even in the state. When I came across xCubicle I had basically almost given up hope. Quick recap I use my ps4 to communicate with my husband who's in another state at the moment that's how we spend time together. As well I also make videos so losing my ps4 was devastating. Once I came across them I almost gave up. But they was so nice and respectful I felt valued. They kept me in the loop at all… Read More Reviews

Thank you for such excellent service. XCubicle repaired my daughter's DSxl perfectly! It plays great and they even managed to save the original custom red casing. The work was done very fast and shipped back to me very timely with no addition cost for shipping. Thank you! I'm definitely going to seek their help again in the future.

Xcubicle fixed my boys Xbox in no time. And it’s still working with no problems and we got it fixed in June. The pricing is reasonable and very good customer service. I will definitely go back if needed.

My old xbox one s suddenly died. I remembered walking past xCubicle's old store front years ago. I looked online and read their reviews. I decided to give them a try at their new Wall street location. I was late due to the trains and they were very kind to wait for me even though they were closed for the day. They quickly diagnosed the issue as hd failure, and quoted me a really great price. I even asked them if it was possible to upgrade the hd to ssd. And with in just two weeks I was up and… Read More Reviews

I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. When you reach the lobby, let the desk guard/attendant know that you are visiting the 5th floor for xCubicle. Service was extremely friendly, reliable, and quick. I paid $140 for 3-hour service on my game system (PS4) and it was completed within 2. I actually waited in the local area… Read More Reviews
