Xcubicle fixed my boys Xbox in no time. And it’s still working with no problems and we got it fixed in June. The pricing is reasonable and very good customer service. I will definitely go back if needed.

This might be one of the best businesses in NYC. Prompt, excellent service and great communication. I don't know that they even have any competitors when it comes to console repairs in the city fixing Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Always surprised at how reasonable the prices are. Totally fair tradeoff for not having any actual interior store space.

These guys are amazing! In the smallest shop I've ever seen, they work miracles!! They're polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and want to be helpful. Really impressive work, I would go there again in a flash if my xbox breaks down again.

The people at xCubicle really helped me out with my playstation 4! The problem was my newly bought 1Tb  hard drive caused many errors that the factory made hard drive never had. They advised that I buy a new 1Tb hard drive and that they would actually buy it. But it would cost $50 to buy on top of the original $100 price. Honestly that was reasonable. My 3ds xl wouldn't turn on during and the screen is black while the light stays on for 3 seconds and shut off and you would hear the crackling noise. Which I search online that this means that something is wrong with the motherboard. I walk pass XCUBICLE a lot when I go to chinatown and I went there to have my motherboard replaced during March . Prompt service to my broken 3DS flip hinge. They'll be up front and transparent about what they can and can't do. Just be sure to ask so the questions you have and they'll do right by you. I'd go directly to them first to repair any modern console.

I brought my son's xbox 1 here for repair back in April after a piece of disk broke off inside and the system was making noises. Xcubicle repaired the system and even removed the dust for inside, I paid extra for next day pick up but it was worth it. From that day on its been working like a charm. Thank you!

I had my PS4 Slim repaired by them a few months ago (it wouldn't load up at all) , and I'm really happy with the repair that was done to it. It loads up/ plays close to new. I recommend xCubicle, and they're reasonably priced.
