I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. Xcubicle fixed my boys Xbox in no time. And it’s still working with no problems and we got it fixed in June. The pricing is reasonable and very good customer service. I will definitely go back if needed.

This place did excellent and speedy work. Fixed my PS4 pro along with issues caused by a previous company that "fixes" console issues. I would highly recommend this company if you have any console issues.

Dropped my PS Vita in a puddle and came to XCubicle after a week, they were able to get my PS Vita back to working condition and even restore the saved data I had. Absolutely the best service and communication I have ever seen. Would not go anywhere else and the price was right.

I sent in 3DS XL with the game cartridge slot damaged. Not only were they reasonably priced. They had excellent communication with me. The service took a few days and had my unit back within less than a week of repair. Understanding communication; excellent communication is well worth the service they provide. Fantastic service, amazing work. When my Playstation 5 PS5 died, I got an accurate quote even before I brought it down. TL;DR - Great shop. Prompt service. Always gets the job done and makes accidents disappear. Long version - I've come to xCubicle for help with consoles on two occasions.
