I had pretty bad stick drift on my Xbox Elite series 2, had them fix it (paid a little extra for quicker turn around). It initially worked well for a couple weeks, then I noticed it start again. I contact them, they said to bring it in. They fixed it at no extra charge (even the quicker turn around for no extra charge), and it has worked great (for an Xbox Elite controller at least, no fault of these guys at all) ever since. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

I had the pleasure of having my Nintendo Switch fixed at this repair center and the experience was excellent. The team was knowledgeable, accommodating, and swift in fixing my device and returning it to me in top-notch condition. The repair cost was reasonable and the turnaround time was quick. I brought my son's xbox 1 here for repair back in April after a piece of disk broke off inside and the system was making noises. Xcubicle repaired the system and even removed the dust for inside, I paid extra for next day pick up but it was worth it. From that day on its been working like a charm. Thank you!

This place did excellent and speedy work. Fixed my PS4 pro along with issues caused by a previous company that "fixes" console issues. I would highly recommend this company if you have any console issues.

These guys were able to fix my PS4 AND my 1st gen PS3 without a problem and in a timely fashion. For what they charged it was well worth it. Trying to find another working 1st gen PS4 would have been expensive. The only problem has nothing to do with the quality of service or the cost but the location. They probably need to have a sign up telling you exactly where their office is on the floor. The people at xCubicle really helped me out with my playstation 4! The problem was my newly bought 1Tb  hard drive caused many errors that the factory made hard drive never had. They advised that I buy a new 1Tb hard drive and that they would actually buy it. But it would cost $50 to buy on top of the original $100 price. Honestly that was reasonable. The price is appropriate and they are super straightforward about communication and delivery of services. I had a “blue light of death” on my ps4 pro; they were knowledgeable and familiar with the problem and repair. Turnaround time was about a week and they were on point about it. I hope I don’t have to, but if my ps4 needs anything from here on out, this is the place I’ll go; hands down!
