Last year, my oldest for his birthday ask only that I get the screen in his Nitendo 3DSXL fixed. He had a specific game saved on the system and did want a new one. I googled companies that would be able To repair it and came across XCubicle. Their response time was quick, they were clear with their prices and what the repair would be and contacted me as soon as it was ready for pic up! I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. These guys were able to fix my PS4 AND my 1st gen PS3 without a problem and in a timely fashion. For what they charged it was well worth it. Trying to find another working 1st gen PS4 would have been expensive. The only problem has nothing to do with the quality of service or the cost but the location. They probably need to have a sign up telling you exactly where their office is on the floor. I had a severe issue with my ps4. I took it to 2 other shops one was very rude and the other not even in the state. When I came across xCubicle I had basically almost given up hope. Xcubicle fixed my boys Xbox in no time. And it’s still working with no problems and we got it fixed in June. The pricing is reasonable and very good customer service. I will definitely go back if needed.

I brought my son's xbox 1 here for repair back in April after a piece of disk broke off inside and the system was making noises. Xcubicle repaired the system and even removed the dust for inside, I paid extra for next day pick up but it was worth it. From that day on its been working like a charm. Thank you!

Great service! I brought my son's 3DS which had been dropped and broken. They gave a price quote for $115 for two parts that they had to order; when I picked it up, they told me that they ended up using just one part and they returned $55. I was impressed by their honesty and the 3Ds looks and works as good as new. Would go back in a second! Highly recommend them.
