My Xbox 360's disc drive failed to read discs. xCubicle revived my old console, which is now particularly important given the unpredictable state of video game preservation. I highly recommend them.

I sent in 3DS XL with the game cartridge slot damaged. Not only were they reasonably priced. They had excellent communication with me. The service took a few days and had my unit back within less than a week of repair. Understanding communication; excellent communication is well worth the service they provide. I brought my son's xbox 1 here for repair back in April after a piece of disk broke off inside and the system was making noises. My xbox1s was having hard drive problems. Not even 1800fix it wasn't able to help. So they referred me to xcubicle. Patrick did a great job. He also upgraded my memory from 500gb to 2tb. Took 2 weeks but it was worth the wait.

Great service! I brought my son's 3DS which had been dropped and broken. They gave a price quote for $115 for two parts that they had to order; when I picked it up, they told me that they ended up using just one part and they returned $55. I was impressed by their honesty and the 3Ds looks and works as good as new. Would go back in a second! Highly recommend them.

Great experience! Our Wii no longer would read the game disks. Didn't want to buy a replacement since you can't transfer most game data. They fixed it fast and all the data was saved. Great communication through the whole process. Worth every penny and would highly recommend.

I have a 3ds XL that needed the 3d slider to be fixed, I bought it used but reset so this would be a problem if I wanted to use it. They fixed it a couple months back, very nice people and very clear with me as well in regards to how long it would take, how to package the item to deliver to them, and even payment.
