They wrongly diagnosed the problem on my switch but when they realised the error they refunded me the money(160) and got it working again for $30.00. They are very professional and know what they are doing.I would definitely go back

So I was a bit in distress because my right Analog went out on my Nintendo Switch and I was way outside of my warranty, and I couldn't find anywhere where I can get the Nintendo Switch serviced here in Arizona. Doing a google search, I found xCubicle and I was a bit skeptical, but I took a chance and I'm sooo glad I did. These guys are amazing and kept me well-informed about my Nintendo Switch repair and it was perfect pricing and timing. Can't highly recommend them enough! My… Read More Reviews

Hey Edward, thank you for your positive feedback! We're thankful that you entrusted your PS4 in us.

Dropped my PS Vita in a puddle and came to XCubicle after a week, they were able to get my PS Vita back to working condition and even restore the saved data I had. Absolutely the best service and communication I have ever seen. Would not go anywhere else and the price was right.

These guys are amazing! In the smallest shop I've ever seen, they work miracles!! They're polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and want to be helpful. Really impressive work, I would go there again in a flash if my xbox breaks down again.

xCubicle is a lifesaver when it comes to repairing, in my case, a 1st generation PS3. Updates come almost immediately and you're treated with the utmost respect. They take great pride in offering only top-tier service. Complete experts who take gaming seriously. Very fortunate to have found them.

This might be one of the best businesses in NYC. Prompt, excellent service and great communication. I don't know that they even have any competitors when it comes to console repairs in the city fixing Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Always surprised at how reasonable the prices are. Totally fair tradeoff for not having any actual interior store space.

The people at xCubicle really helped me out with my playstation 4! The problem was my newly bought 1Tb  hard drive caused many errors that the factory made hard drive never had. They advised that I buy a new 1Tb hard drive and that they would actually buy it. But it would cost $50 to buy on top of the original $100 price. Honestly that was reasonable. The reason this isn't 5 star review was that they said it would take a week for the PlayStation to be ready. I return a week later and they say… Read More Reviews

I cannot speak highly enough about the service xCubicle provided. My wife spilled coffee on her laptop and the trackpad was rendered useless. While the manufacturer was charging an insane amount for this repair, xCubicle was able to fix the problem for a very fair price. They were extremely professional, updating my wife and I every step of the way. They even went ahead and ordered a replacement part for her and got the laptop up and running in no time. These guys are best and I will always be… Read More Reviews
