We understand that mailing in a repair can be hassle. So, we have come up with the easiest method of getting your discs to us for repair: (its literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout order process and ignore the order form.
Just send the discs to us and pay later. It can't get easier than that!
**(Step 1)** Package discs with our address on it.
**(Step 2)** Bring package to the Post Office.
Don't include any CD cases and customers are responsible for shipping the discs to us.
**Please Note:** Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. No need to print anything out. We're saving trees and your time!
#### How do we repair your scratched discs? ####
No, we do not use toothpaste, bananas, or any unconventional means of repairing your scratched discs. This isn't your ordinary disc scratch cleaning service, we use a top of line commercial disc scratch resurfacing machine. Our machine costs over $3000, not the couple of hundred dollar models you see online.
#### Basic Repair vs Critical Repair? ####
Basic repair are for non-critical discs such as scratched music CD's, XBox 360 scratched discs, PS3 scratched games, or Wii scratched discs. Not all discs can be repaired, but we will let you know before attempting.
Critical repairs are usually discs that require data recovery such as family photo CD's, wedding video DVD's, or some type of data that needs extraction. All critical disc repairs come with disc duplication and data recovery of the scratched disc. If we cannot retrieve the data, you won't have to pay for the service fee except for return shipping.
