My 3ds xl wouldn't turn on during and the screen is black while the light stays on for 3 seconds and shut off and you would hear the crackling noise. My xbox1s was having hard drive problems. Not even 1800fix it wasn't able to help. So they referred me to xcubicle. Patrick did a great job. He also upgraded my memory from 500gb to 2tb. Took 2 weeks but it was worth the wait.
