Great service! I dropped off my 3DS with them in basically a shambles; it wouldn't boot up, the shoulder buttons were missing...it was generally wrecked. In a week, I came back and it was back in working order with brand new shoulder buttons. They work fast, they know their devices, and they're courteous and friendly. To be honest, thanks to their hard work, I almost forgot to write this review; I was too busy enjoying Smash on my 3DS! Thanks for everything!

This might be one of the best businesses in NYC. Prompt, excellent service and great communication. I don't know that they even have any competitors when it comes to console repairs in the city fixing Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Always surprised at how reasonable the prices are. Totally fair tradeoff for not having any actual interior store space.

So the best about Xbox One is it being an Xbox One. The worst thing about it is the controllers. It seems as the material is cheap and Microsoft did a very lazy job with these controllers. I have lost (or thought I lost) 3 controllers due to joysticks getting stuck. Had to buy 2 new ones. In total I had 5 controllers that only one was properly working. Last year, my oldest for his birthday ask only that I get the screen in his Nitendo 3DSXL fixed. He had a specific game saved on the system and did want a new one. I googled companies that would be able To repair it and came across XCubicle. Their response time was quick, they were clear with their prices and what the repair would be and contacted me as soon as it was ready for pic up! My son still uses his 3DS and it’s still in great condition after the repair.

I went there because my hdmi broke and but I went to 3 different places before going there but they made it worse so a month later I decided to try to fix it here and it was worth it the wait the guy was friendly and told me to come a week later (worth the wait) now it’s been more than 6 months and my ps4 still works like nothing happened to it.

The price is appropriate and they are super straightforward about communication and delivery of services. I had a “blue light of death” on my ps4 pro; they were knowledgeable and familiar with the problem and repair. Turnaround time was about a week and they were on point about it. I hope I don’t have to, but if my ps4 needs anything from here on out, this is the place I’ll go; hands down!

I had pretty bad stick drift on my Xbox Elite series 2, had them fix it (paid a little extra for quicker turn around). It initially worked well for a couple weeks, then I noticed it start again. I contact them, they said to bring it in. They fixed it at no extra charge (even the quicker turn around for no extra charge), and it has worked great (for an Xbox Elite controller at least, no fault of these guys at all) ever since. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

XCubicle does it, again. My DVD drive door somehow managed to break, and XCubicle replaced it completely free under warranty. The warranty renews itself for another 60 days on the new drive. You can't beat the value!!! Thank you XCubicle. THESE GUYS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

They wrongly diagnosed the problem on my switch but when they realised the error they refunded me the money(160) and got it working again for $30.00. They are very professional and know what they are doing.I would definitely go back
