This might be one of the best businesses in NYC. Prompt, excellent service and great communication. I don't know that they even have any competitors when it comes to console repairs in the city fixing Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Always surprised at how reasonable the prices are. Totally fair tradeoff for not having any actual interior store space.

Last year, my oldest for his birthday ask only that I get the screen in his Nitendo 3DSXL fixed. He had a specific game saved on the system and did want a new one. I sent in my lightning edition PS3 from a few states over and they had it back to me in great condition a few weeks later. Had an motherboard replacement done by them. Excellent price, very nice and kept me updated. Will be back for any other console repairs 👍
