All Unihertz phone repairs for the Titan, Titan Pocket, Titan Slim, and Tank require us to order inventory first. Turn around time is about 1 week, but if you need it faster contact us. We also do bulk repairs or modifications if needed.
If you're in New York City, you can drop off your device at our Manhattan shop. Alternatively, you can opt for our mail-in repair by following these instructions:
1. Package your device and send it to our address.
2. We will diagnose the issue and provide you with the repair cost before proceeding with the repair.
3. To ensure prompt service, kindly include a piece of paper with your name, phone number, and email written on it inside the package.

I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. When you reach the lobby, let the desk guard/attendant know that you are visiting the 5th floor for xCubicle.

When my PS5’s HDMI port broke, I needed it repaired ASAP. I took it to an engineer that I know but he wasn’t able to fix the issue. He was unsuccessful at replacing the HDMI port, accidentally disconnected the fan chords from the plug (which he said fixed), and left screws out after putting it back together. Prompt service to my broken 3DS flip hinge. They'll be up front and transparent about what they can and can't do. Just be sure to ask so the questions you have and they'll do right by you. I'd go directly to them first to repair any modern console.

This might be one of the best businesses in NYC. Prompt, excellent service and great communication. I don't know that they even have any competitors when it comes to console repairs in the city fixing Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Always surprised at how reasonable the prices are. Totally fair tradeoff for not having any actual interior store space.

My xbox1s was having hard drive problems. Not even 1800fix it wasn't able to help. So they referred me to xcubicle. Patrick did a great job. He also upgraded my memory from 500gb to 2tb. Took 2 weeks but it was worth the wait.

Fantastic service, amazing work. When my Playstation 5 PS5 died, I got an accurate quote even before I brought it down. They gave me a fully documented receipt for my item when I dropped it off, and had it ready in only a few days. When I went to pick it up, they did a full run through for me to prove it was fixed. Yes, it's cash only but there is a 90 day warranty on repairs.
