If you're in New York City, you can drop off your device at our Manhattan shop. Alternatively, you can opt for our mail-in repair by following these instructions:

2. We will diagnose the issue and provide you with the repair cost before proceeding with the repair.
3. To ensure prompt service, kindly include a piece of paper with your name, phone number, and email written on it inside the package.

I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. When you reach the lobby, let the desk guard/attendant know that you are visiting the 5th floor for xCubicle.

Great service! I brought my son's 3DS which had been dropped and broken. They gave a price quote for $115 for two parts that they had to order; when I picked it up, they told me that they ended up using just one part and they returned $55. I was impressed by their honesty and the 3Ds looks and works as good as new. Would go back in a second! Highly recommend them.

I was so pleased to discover that xCubicle certainly lives up to its reputation! After dealing with an enormous crack that covered up most of the screen in my 3DS XL for ages, I sent it in to be repaired by xCubicle. I sent in my lightning edition PS3 from a few states over and they had it back to me in great condition a few weeks later. Had an motherboard replacement done by them. Excellent price, very nice and kept me updated. Will be back for any other console repairs 👍

Fantastic service, amazing work. When my Playstation 5 PS5 died, I got an accurate quote even before I brought it down. They gave me a fully documented receipt for my item when I dropped it off, and had it ready in only a few days. When I went to pick it up, they did a full run through for me to prove it was fixed. Yes, it's cash only but there is a 90 day warranty on repairs.

These guys were able to fix my PS4 AND my 1st gen PS3 without a problem and in a timely fashion. For what they charged it was well worth it. Trying to find another working 1st gen PS4 would have been expensive. The only problem has nothing to do with the quality of service or the cost but the location. They probably need to have a sign up telling you exactly where their office is on the floor.
