Luis Almonte - Fixed: PS5
When my PS5’s HDMI port broke, I needed it repaired ASAP. I took it to an engineer that I know but he wasn’t able to fix the issue. He was unsuccessful at replacing the HDMI port, accidentally disconnected the fan chords from the plug (which he said fixed), and left screws out after putting it back together. I was livid and did some research and found Xcubicle. They were very easy to contact and scheduling an appointment was straightforward. The person I spoke with at the location was patient… Read More Reviews

I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. When you reach the lobby, let the desk guard/attendant know that you are visiting the 5th floor for xCubicle. Service was extremely friendly, reliable, and quick. I paid $140 for 3-hour service on my game system (PS4) and it was completed within 2. I actually waited in the local area… Read More Reviews
Mack P. - Fixed: PS4
The people at xCubicle really helped me out with my playstation 4! The problem was my newly bought 1Tb  hard drive caused many errors that the factory made hard drive never had. They advised that I buy a new 1Tb hard drive and that they would actually buy it. But it would cost $50 to buy on top of the original $100 price. Honestly that was reasonable. The reason this isn't 5 star review was that they said it would take a week for the PlayStation to be ready. I return a week later and they say… Read More Reviews
Gaven D. - Fixed: Xbox X/S
So the best about Xbox One is it being an Xbox One. The worst thing about it is the controllers. It seems as the material is cheap and Microsoft did a very lazy job with these controllers. I have lost (or thought I lost) 3 controllers due to joysticks getting stuck. Had to buy 2 new ones. In total I had 5 controllers that only one was properly working. I decided this cant go on.. buying a new controller every other month. So I went to xCubicle and unfortunately I understood that this is an… Read More Reviews
Isaac Rodriguez - Fixed: Xbox360
My Xbox 360's disc drive failed to read discs. xCubicle revived my old console, which is now particularly important given the unpredictable state of video game preservation. I highly recommend them.
Andy Jones - Fixed: Nintendo Switch
I had the pleasure of having my Nintendo Switch fixed at this repair center and the experience was excellent. The team was knowledgeable, accommodating, and swift in fixing my device and returning it to me in top-notch condition. The repair cost was reasonable and the turnaround time was quick. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone in need of Nintendo Switch repair services. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work.
Grant R. - Fixed: PS Vita Slim
When I took my PlayStation Vita out of my back pocket and saw that it was missing its analog stick, I was devastated. Since the system was out of warranty, I was prepared to go buy a new one on eBay, and tried that before getting sniped at the last minute. My wife convinced me to look into other options, so I did a quick Google search for "vita repair". xCubicle was the most reputable place I found. Their web site was informative and easy to navigate, and I quickly found and… Read More Reviews
Steve Demmet - Fixed: PS3
xCubicle is a lifesaver when it comes to repairing, in my case, a 1st generation PS3. Updates come almost immediately and you're treated with the utmost respect. They take great pride in offering only top-tier service. Complete experts who take gaming seriously. Very fortunate to have found them.
Shawn S. - Fixed: PS5
This was one of the best outcomes to a terrible situation (Playstation 5 PS5HDMI port issue). I'm just upset I didn't take it there much sooner. Shopped around online, and only found one other store with comparable pricing (slightly less, but it involved shipping my system out). So of course, I opted for convenience. Anyways, they kept me in the loop, and actually finished faster than expected. Overall, the experience was so good that I'm going to check out the website to see… Read More Reviews
