2. We will diagnose the issue and provide you with the repair cost before proceeding with the repair.
3. To ensure prompt service, kindly include a piece of paper with your name, phone number, and email written on it inside the package.

Great service! I dropped off my 3DS with them in basically a shambles; it wouldn't boot up, the shoulder buttons were missing...it was generally wrecked. In a week, I came back and it was back in working order with brand new shoulder buttons. They work fast, they know their devices, and they're courteous and friendly. Great service! I brought my son's 3DS which had been dropped and broken. They gave a price quote for $115 for two parts that they had to order; when I picked it up, they told me that they ended up using just one part and they returned $55. I was impressed by their honesty and the 3Ds looks and works as good as new. Would go back in a second! Highly recommend them.

XCubicle does it, again. My DVD drive door somehow managed to break, and XCubicle replaced it completely free under warranty. The warranty renews itself for another 60 days on the new drive. You can't beat the value!!! Thank you XCubicle. THESE GUYS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

1 week after they repaired my DS Lite, I noticed that it had an issue with charging so I let them know and they were nice enough to take another look at it and fix the issue free of charge. Will go back for any repairs I need done in the future.
