Thank you for such excellent service. XCubicle repaired my daughter's DSxl perfectly! It plays great and they even managed to save the original custom red casing. 1 week after they repaired my DS Lite, I noticed that it had an issue with charging so I let them know and they were nice enough to take another look at it and fix the issue free of charge. Will go back for any repairs I need done in the future.

I went there because my hdmi broke and but I went to 3 different places before going there but they made it worse so a month later I decided to try to fix it here and it was worth it the wait the guy was friendly and told me to come a week later (worth the wait) now it’s been more than 6 months and my ps4 still works like nothing happened to it.

Last year, my oldest for his birthday ask only that I get the screen in his Nitendo 3DSXL fixed. He had a specific game saved on the system and did want a new one. I googled companies that would be able To repair it and came across XCubicle. Their response time was quick, they were clear with their prices and what the repair would be and contacted me as soon as it was ready for pic up! My son still uses his 3DS and it’s still in great condition after the repair.

I had pretty bad stick drift on my Xbox Elite series 2, had them fix it (paid a little extra for quicker turn around). It initially worked well for a couple weeks, then I noticed it start again. I contact them, they said to bring it in. They fixed it at no extra charge (even the quicker turn around for no extra charge), and it has worked great (for an Xbox Elite controller at least, no fault of these guys at all) ever since. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

I sent in 3DS XL with the game cartridge slot damaged. Not only were they reasonably priced. They had excellent communication with me. The service took a few days and had my unit back within less than a week of repair. Understanding communication; excellent communication is well worth the service they provide. A+++ across the board!

They wrongly diagnosed the problem on my switch but when they realised the error they refunded me the money(160) and got it working again for $30.00. They are very professional and know what they are doing.I would definitely go back

I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. When you reach the lobby, let the desk guard/attendant know that you are visiting the 5th floor for xCubicle. Service was extremely friendly, reliable, and quick. Dropped my PS Vita in a puddle and came to XCubicle after a week, they were able to get my PS Vita back to working condition and even restore the saved data I had. Absolutely the best service and communication I have ever seen. Would not go anywhere else and the price was right.
